Processing Times

  • Packing speed: Most orders ship within 1–2 business days (Tue–Sat).

  • Peak periods: During sales, launches, or holidays, processing may take an extra 1–2 days.

  • Preorders & special orders: Ship on/after the date noted in the product description.

You’ll get a confirmation email when you order and a second email with tracking once it ships.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard (USPS/UPS): Typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Expedited (when available): Typically 2–3 business days after dispatch.

  • Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight, distance, and carrier rates.

  • PO Boxes & APO/FPO: Usually ship via USPS when available.

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by carriers and may vary due to weather, carrier volume, or unforeseen delays.

Prefer to grab your order in person? Choose In-Store Pickup at checkout. We’ll email you when it’s ready. Pick up at:

Please bring your order confirmation and a photo ID.


Local Delivery (If Available)

If you see a Local Delivery option at checkout, you’re in our delivery zone. Delivery windows will be shown at checkout or confirmed via text/email.


Tracking Your Order

Once your package ships, you’ll receive a tracking link. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier scans the package.


Address Changes & Order Edits

Need to update your address or adjust your order?

Contact us ASAP at (815) 228-7824.

  • If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to update it.

  • If it’s already with the carrier, we may be unable to change it—though we’ll try to help with a carrier intercept (fees may apply).


Out-of-Stock & Split Shipments

  • If an item becomes out of stock after you order, we’ll contact you with options: an alternative, a partial shipment, or a refund for the unavailable item.

  • We may ship items separately at no extra cost to get your order to you faster.


Gifts & Packaging

Mark your order as a gift at checkout (if available) and we’ll omit prices from the packing slip. Want it extra cute? Add a note and we’ll do our best to make it special! 🎁


International Shipping

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If you need international shipping, please call us at (815) 228-7824 and we’ll see what we can do.

Duties/Taxes (International): If arranged, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

We know how frustrating this can be and we’ll help however we can.

  1. Check the tracking details and your delivery area (porch, mailbox, neighbor).

  2. If still missing after 48 hours from “Delivered,” contact the carrier to start a claim.

  3. Reach out to us with your order number at (815) 228-7824—we’ll assist with next steps.

Please note: Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, ownership transfers to the recipient. Carrier claims help us resolve most situations.


Damaged Items

Oh no! If your order arrives damaged:

  • Snap clear photos of the outer box, shipping label, and damaged item.

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
    We’ll work fast on a replacement or refund according to availability.


Shipping Fees & Free Shipping

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order ships.

  • If we run a free shipping promotion, the details (thresholds, exclusions, timelines) will be clearly stated at checkout or on the promo banner.


Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned to us as undeliverable or refused, we’ll refund the product price (less shipping) after it arrives back in sellable condition. We’re happy to reship—additional shipping charges will apply.
